We do provide 24/7 technical support, but there will be certain times our sales and billing offices will be closed. If you're calling when a certain department is closed, simply leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also feel free to use our live support button, which is on the right side of every page of the site.

Support Limitations - All services offered by Pooled Network are unmanaged. This means that once a working system is delivered we are only responsible for network and hardware related issues. Please do not contact us with software related issues, as we will not be able to assist you. If you have any software related questions please feel free to use our forum.

  Please include detailed logs or full email headers with all abuse reports. We are unable to respond to every report we receive, however all submissions are reviewed by a technician and appropriate action taken if it is warranted.

VoIP Calls:

Our main number, 312-602-2683, and our fax number, 312-602-2688, are listed with e164.org, thus they can be called for free through many VoIP providers or if you have ENUM calling setup yourself. You can also call our PBX directly using the SIP protocol, 3126022683@pbx.steadfast.net. If neither of those work for you you can also download the Gizmo Project client (any other similar client that supports SIPBroker or ENUM will work as well) and call us at *01313126022683 (*013 is the SIPBroker prefix for using ENUM).

Discounted International Calls:

If you are an international user who does not use a VoIP service that can take advantage of the above methods there is another option. This option is not free, but it can save you significantly by making it just a local call. Currently, there are local access numbers in 20+ countries from which you can make ENUM basd calls. Once you have found a local number, dial it, and then, when prompted, dial our main phone number, including the country code 1, 13126022683.
