All Pooled Networks systems are unmanaged, meaning that once we have delivered a system with a working operating system and control panel (if requested) we will only provide network and hardware support. Please do not contact our support department for any software related issues as we will not be able to assist you. Do not contact our parent company, Steadfast Networks regarding any support issues, otherwise your account will be assessed a $5 fee per incident.
